Process Technician – RFID Solutions Leader

Our client is a global leader in RFID solutions.

This 150-employee company designs custom tags embedded with RFID chips, enabling clients to authenticate and track their products. Their solutions are tailored to companies in the retail, automotive, pharmaceutical, and logistics sectors.

Due to growing business demand, our client is looking for a Process Technician to help optimize industrial equipment used for RFID module manufacturing.

 

Poste

As part of a 10-person team, you will report directly to the Industrial Process Manager. You will support various teams (production, maintenance, and process) in the continuous improvement of Mühlbauer machines. You will also contribute to process setup and staff training.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing malfunctions and issues on Mühlbauer and Itec machines
- Investigating machine downtimes and implementing corrective actions
- Participating in and executing FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests)
- Training users on equipment and procedures
- Writing technical documentation

Profil recherché

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a maintenance or process technician on Mühlbauer or Itec machines
- Ability to communicate in technical English, both written and spoken

 

Compléments

- Location: Montpellier (34), France
- Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
- Salary: €37,000–€55,000 (depending on experience)
